Aron E. Youngerwood
Aron is a Managing Director at a leading global private equity firm. Aron is charged with providing oversight of the firm’s operations and U.S. real estate portfolio and focuses on the structuring and execution of the firm’s investment programs, as well as on investor relations. Aron has completed over 100 transactions totaling more than $17.0 billion.
Prior to entering the private equity world, Aron was a corporate attorney at prominent law firms in Los Angeles, New York and London where he specialized in mergers & acquisitions, real estate, investment management, and corporate transactions. Aron has represented various private equity and real estate funds, multi-national corporations and financial institutions. Aron consults with private equity and venture capital sponsors.
Aron holds an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and an LL.B from University College London, England. He is an attorney admitted to the bars of California, New York and England.
