Before joining our team, Ms. Schwarzberg was an attorney at Orrick's Los Angeles office, where she worked for a number of corporate and private equity clients on a broad range of leveraged buyouts, public takeovers and cross-border M&A transactions.  Prior to entering law school, Ms. Schwarzberg worked as a treaty negotiator at the Department of Defense.

Ms. Schwarzberg graduated summa cum laude with a B.A. in psychology from UCLA  and earned her J.D. at UCLA  Law School.  She is admitted to the bar in California.
